1. Registration
- 1.1 No refund will be provided for registration fees under any circumstances.
- 1.2 After completing the registration process, no alterations or modifications can be made to the registration details
2. Event Participation Rules
- 2.1 Participants must adhere to all rules and regulations of the event. Any violation will result in fines and penalties as deemed appropriate by the organizing committee.
- 2.2 Participants are responsible for arranging all required materials for the event. The organizing body will not provide these items.
3. Safety and Conduct
- 3.1 Violating safety guidelines will be taken seriously and may lead to immediate disqualification from the event.
- 3.2 Any damages to property or equipment caused by a participant will result in fines. Disqualification may also be enforced if deemed necessary.
4. Event Cancellations and Refunds
- 4.1 Event cancellations can only be processed with permission from the higher managing authority.
- 4.2 A refund of 25% to 50% of the registration fee may be granted if a genuine reason for cancellation is provided and approved by the managing authority.
5. Scheduling and Availability
- 5.1 Care should be taken while cadets register for various events to ensure their availability at the required time of the event.
6. Eligibility for "Best Cadet" Event
- 6.1 Participants wishing to compete for the “Best Cadet” award must have participated in a minimum of two other events prior to the “Best Cadet” evaluation.
By registering for and participating in the events, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
